Domestic Violence Awareness

Sara Gomez, became a victim of Domestic Violence. Her life with her former ex-boyfriend led to her disappearance. Family members and close friends have been searching for her since she was first reported missing. There were signs, close to a year ago, that showed the relationship between Sara and her former ex-boyfriend, began to get violent.

Sara’s reports to the local police departments soon were disregarded, and put on the back burner as her ex-boyfriend still contacted her, abused her physically, emotionally and mentally, even though she had a restraining order against him. Liz Fennel, Sara’s sister also had a restraining order against Sara’s ex-boyfriend.

Sara’s sister, Liz Fennell has stepped up. She is passionate about being and advocate for her sister, and a supporter of Domestic Violence Victims. Soon you will see her name, you will hear her voice!

What can you do to help? Donate, Volunteer, be an advocate for Liz and Sara, and together we can fight Domestic Violence!
